Honey Bread

A recipe that will sweeten your days. Come and discover a dessert that uses our multiflora honey!

Pão de Mel is a delicious and easy-to-make dessert that combines the flavour of Multiflora honey with a tasty chocolate dough. This dessert is a great option to be served after lunch or dinner.

Dough:


  • 2 cups of wheat flour;
  • 1 spoon of chocolate powder (50% cocoa);
  • 4 spoons of Multiflora Honey;
  • 300 ml of warm milk;
  • 1 spoon (soup) of baking soda;
  • 1 spoon (tea) of clove and cinnamon powder;
  • 1 glass of sugar.


Topping and stuffing:

  • Use condensed milk to stuff;
  • To cover 700g of dark chocolate melted in a water bath.

Preparation:

  • Sift the flour and chocolate powder and set aside;
  • Dissolve sugar, honey, clove and cinnamon powder in warm milk;
  • After dissolving the ingredients, mix the flour until you get a homogeneous mass;
  • Add baking soda;
  • Grease the cake pan with margarine and place in a preheated oven at 180º C;
  • Let it cook for 20 minutes;
  • Once it’s ready, stuff the honey bread with the condensed milk;
  • Dip in melted chocolate and let stand for a few minutes.
