Honey Pudding

Pudim de Mel
Honey Pudding is an irresistible dessert, with a smooth texture and a sweet, comforting flavour.

Ingredients:

  • 10 eggs:
  • 500 g of sugar;
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder;
  • 1 tablespoon of honey;
  • liquid butter;
  • Sugar Powder.

Preparation:

  • In a bowl add the eggs, sugar, cinnamon and honey, and stir everything until foamy;
  • Grease the cake pan with the liquid butter, sprinkle with flour and add the preparation;
  • Take it to the oven (180º C) for approximately 1 hour;
  • Then serve the pudding sprinkled with powdered sugar.
