Linguini with Pepper Sauce

Never before has a dish filled with so much flavour been so simple to conceive. Come try our tasty linguini.

Ingredients:

  • 500g of squid cubes;
  • 400g of linguini pasta;
  • Salt q.s.;
  • Olive oil q.s.;
  • 3 cloves of garlic;
  • 75 ml of white wine;
  • ½ lemon (juice);
  • Oregano q.s.;
  • Grated cheese q.s.;
  • 2 tablespoons of ground pepper sauce.

Preparation:

  • Cook the linguini in salted water until al dente;
  • Place a pan over low heat with a drizzle of olive oil, add the chopped garlic and stir;
  • Add the squid cubes and increase the heat;
  • Refresh with white wine and add the ground pepper sauce;
  • Mix well and let cook for about 10 minutes;
  • Turn off the heat and drizzle with the lemon juice. Serve with the linguini and sprinkle with grated cheese and oregano.
